Ms. Noha has vast experience in general law. Her experience consists of representing clients in general, commercial and labor courts of all instances, developing tactics and strategies, preparation of claims, appeals, complaints, queries, providing clients with legal opinions on land, banking and finance, valuation grounds for suspension and termination of contracts.
Ms. Noha also handled projects regarding debt assignment issues.
Her experience includes complex unconventional projects for the protection of client’s assets, including state-owned assets in various jurisdictions in the state courts and arbitration.
