Mr. Khalil has more than 10 years of legal practice in civil law and commerce projects including litigation, corporate law, and governance, as well as working with the public authorities and commercial entities. Mr. Khalil possesses significant experience in advising UAE and international companies on working on the market and with public authorities.
Mr. Khalil’s experience also includes representation of clients ‘ interests at all stages: from the pre-trial settlement of disputes to appeal their actions and judicial review, including in courts of appeal and cassation instances.
